Our B2B Customers have over 200 million users a month, and we collect over 100 Million events a day! We do it all using cutting edge technology to process, store, & query our data, including Snowflake, Rivery and Tableau.

Syte is on the lookout for a BI ANALYST to work cross department in order to play a critical role in strategic decision making, and to proactively guide company growth.

In this role, the goal will be to improve business decisions by gathering data from numerous sources, interpreting the rise and fall in trends and noticing patterns in the product usage. We’re looking for someone who understands the enormity of data collection and has the ability to articulate and communicate those findings so that multiple teams understand how to move Syte forward with confidence.

Our BI Analyst will be expected to troubleshoot data issues by having a keen eye for detail, develop a systematic reporting routine, and regularly update various stakeholders on data metrics.

We’re looking for a team player who is excited by the challenges of being the best in the business, a self-starter, and someone who straddles the line between analyst and communicator.

you will:

  • Work closely with business and technology units 
  • Act as the Data and analysis focal point of product & engineering teams
  • Support Customer success and sales data needs (ROI measurement analysis–churn, behavior, segmentation, trends, customer value and more)
  • See beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support and execute our business decisions
  • Research, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspective 
  • Analyze, specify, and validate new business requirements and participate in new product designs
  • Analyze and optimize products and activities, take part in design and implementation, and be a key part of strategic product decisions.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.
  • Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process.
  • Design, manage, and maintain analytics products and BI solutions for internal and external customers.
  • Organize data sources and make them more accessible and informative
  • Design, manage, and maintain data visualization products (Tableau, Data Studio, etc.)
  • Analyze and derive actionable optimizations with the goal of KPI’s improvement
  • Find influencing factors and estimate their effect on KPI’s
  • Manage multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment

Must have:

  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • 2 - 5 years experience in quantitative analysis (BI, product analyst, etc), preferably for an internet company \ SaaS B2B. 
  • Experience working with with BI reporting tools (Tableau, QlikView, Sisense, or other)
  • Experience working with Big Data and data warehousing (Athena, Big Query, etc).
  • Passion for data - not afraid to get your hands dirty in technical and business aspects
  • Customer Facing experience (Internal and external)and High attention to details
  • Highly proficient in English- Must
  • Self-learning with the ability to translate analytic conclusions to business actions

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with ETL tools (Rivery, or other)
  • Scripting skills (Python or other)

Core areas of responsibility

As a CSM at Syte, you will own your accounts through managing relationships with users and decision makers, managing renewals and growth objectives, while being accountable for customer and partner satisfaction. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and R&D. This is a high-impact, hands-on, strategic role that will help position Syte as a leader in the retail-tech space.

  • Monitor usage and engagement level and work together with the client to optimize and demonstrate constant value
  • Meet assigned targets for renewal and growth objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction across named accounts through account planning, proactive client communications, issue remediation and containment, as well as performance measurement.
  • Ensure our customers receive the utmost value of Syte's product.
  • Actively grow the existing account base to identify new value creation opportunities.

What you need to bring to the table

  • 4+ years of experience as CSM/AM or equivalent customer facing roles in international enterprise B2B customer management 
  • Proven experienced with owning customer’s renewals and expansions technically and commercially
  • Exceptional customer orientation, interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to problems and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Independent, proactive and out of the box thinker 
  • English fluency both verbal and written 
  • Experience in working with e- commerce clients and Understanding e -commerce analytics - Big advantage 
  • Work days from Monday - Friday

We are seeking an energetic Salesforce Developer that is eager to build scalable solutions and automation and knows how to find the golden route between over-engineering to non-robust solutions. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive the growth of our platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on, strategic role that will help position Syte as a leader in the retail tech space. 

 

You’ll be doing:

  • Own the technical architecture and development efforts of the internal Salesforce system.
  • Be a source of technical innovation in the team.
  • Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end with full ownership of the project. Working with the company business units to a clear definition and design, implementation, testing, release to production to communicate to the relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of Salesforce development and admin experience, Salesforce certification preferred
