Responsibilities
  • Manage complex C level calendars ( bat least 2 in parallel),Prioritize urgent communications and appointments.
  • Manage the office day to day- food, cleaning, maintenance ex
  • Coordinate with other departments to arrange events, plan dinners, coordinate transportation, and schedule meetings with department leads.
  • Taking care of office supply including kitchen, food and managing outsource cleaning services.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Become an expert in engaging and converting prospects to sales qualified leads.
  • Profile potential prospects, research and strategize an approach to create interest and engage. ·
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Mid-size and Enterprise pipelines by scheduling demos with qualified prospects.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to move prospects through pipeline and closing.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities generated
