Syte.ai is looking for the next talented and super motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. Syte is pioneering the future of eCommerce discovery, using AI-driven visual search and recommendation technology for retail. We are on a mission to make shopping delightful, seamless, and intuitive by empowering brands to instantly connect shoppers with products they love. We partner with top brands, like Farfetch, PrettyLittleThing, Conforama, Shane Co., and Zozo, to provide on-demand, hyper-personalized experiences that drive conversion, increase average order value, and spark lifelong loyalty.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Syte team and make an impact. You will manage the full recruiting life-cycle with a focus on diverse roles, including R&D customer-facing roles, while partnering strategically with hiring managers and reaching our aggressive hiring goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full recruiting life-cycle
  • Support and assist in building the Talent Acquisition Strategy at Syte, the ongoing process of making Syte the most attractive place for quality talent, while maximising different avenues for sourcing new talent.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, and work to continually improve our candidate experience;
  • Partner closely with hiring managers on creative sourcing strategies and optimizing our screening processes;
  • Proactively focus on direct sourcing of top talent, referrals, and other creative, low-cost sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates;
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Syte's culture and value proposition;
  • Develop your knowledge base on Syte's business, culture, and market, and stay up to date on the recruiting industry's best practices and latest trends, sharing with the team;
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team, HR and other partners on process improvements, events, employer branding, and various other initiatives

  • 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a technology company, preferably at a high-growth startup
  • Native English
  • Demonstrated success with direct sourcing
  • A natural ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and managers from every background
  • Detail-oriented, whether you're negotiating comp, keeping up on your candidate responses, or updating the ATS
  • A demonstrated passion for learning
