We are looking for a skilled Professional Services Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in onboarding and training Syte's customers during the initial stages of their journey. Your responsibilities will involve aligning our customers' business requirements with Syte's platform and technology, managing custom solutions, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the successful and timely delivery of customer value
Responsibilities:
- Guide Syte customers towards successful integration of Syte’s products and transform business goals into technical deployment - serving as a client-facing resource and their tech owner.
- Serve as primary technical POC for Syte’s clients and provide out-of-the-box along with tailor-made solutions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience to your clients.
- Plan out technical project objectives, verify scope, establish timelines and ensure a successful implementation of deliverables
- Collaborate closely with our product and development teams, leveraging your expertise on the product to contribute to merchant growth and product decision-making processes.
