Syte’s Business Development Representatives are high energy, creative, problem solvers that drive the demand, awareness, and interest in our market-leading AI solution.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct high level discovery calls with Senior Executives in Target and Prospect Accounts
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest through cold discovery calls, and email campaigns
  • Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Syte can solve them.
  • Consistently achieve a quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives
  • Use and maintain the system according to Syte’s standards


  • 1+ years relevant work experience
  • You are highly organised and autonomous
  • You are comfortable and energised operating in a fast-moving organisation
  • Excellent written/verbal interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Prospecting experience is a plus
